  • Do I see the exact color shades of the Canvas on the website?
    To make your experience as authentic as possible, our product pictures are as realistic as digitally possible. However, a slight change of shade is possible due to the difference in digital medium and tangible material medium. The color will ofcourse also depend on the lighting in which the product is placed. For our product pictures we have used daylight which helps us portray realistic color shades to you.
  • Are the canvases framed or mounted?
    They are mounted, unless specified otherwise.
  • My artwork is damaged during delivery. Can I return it?
    Returns are not available for Canvases and Sculptures, as the product will be made as per order for you. If the artwork is damaged, you need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will thereafter replace it for a new piece of the same product.
  • How many days will it take to deliver my canvas?
    It will depend on your location and the type of customisation, if any. After its ready, your delivery could take anywhere between 3 to 10 days.
  • When will I get my replaced product after I've returned a damaged one?
    Damaged products that are returned will be replaced in 7 to 15 business days.
